Betsy Pittard Designs was launched by Betsy Pittard Hartley in the Fall of 2005. With a small box of bracelets and a couple of necklaces, Betsy walked into Head Over Heels in Macon, Georgia and left with her first of 250+ stores. Over the past ten years, the line has transformed in co-ordinance with what is trending and how Betsy makes it her own. One thing that has not changed, though, and never will is the uniqueness of this handcrafted line. Each piece is designed by Betsy and made by hand, which customers + fans have especially loved. "Whereas BPD has room to be edgy and on the trend, it is also full of fun yet classic pieces that are timeless."
While we carry a wide range of clothing designers, most styles fall within our general size chart below, unless otherwise indicated within the product information. If you have specific questions about size, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We will help you select the best size for you!
If you do not love your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date of the original purchase.
Items eligible for return must be in original, unused condition with all original tags attached. Please note: all jewelry and accessory purchases are FINAL SALE. All styles from our Semi-Annual Sale and/or Clearance Sale that are marked "SALE" are FINAL SALE. Due to deep discounts on these styles, returns will not be accepted on Clearance items. If you have any questions on clearance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
To complete your return, please include the Return Authorization Form with your return. The return authorization form link is located at the bottom of this page.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the inside tag of each item purchased. Bows & Arrows is not responsible for any items that may become damaged in the wash or dryer.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. In order to keep prices low, the original shipping costs and return postage for discretionary returns will be the customer’s responsibility. Bows & Arrows is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit during shipping, therefore to minimize this risk, we recommend using a form of shipping that offers a tracking number and insures the value of the package.
We stand by our products. In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right. Bows & Arrows will cover shipping charges associated with resolution of any defective or incorrect items. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
