✨Returns:

We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges through our self-service return portal powered by Re:Do.

If you don’t love your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date (or 14 days from the in-store purchase date). Need an exchange? Eligible items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days.

Returns can be mailed back or returned in-store at our Tallahassee location.

To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, unused
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached

To complete your return, please CLICK HERE to access our Return Portal to begin the return process. 

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.

If you selected Free Returns with Re:Do at check-out, you will be provided a return shipping label at no additional cost. If you did not purchase Re:Do with Free Returns at check-out, customers will be responsible for the return shipping label cost. 

Please note, depending on when your return is received, returns can take 5-7 business days to be fully processed. As soon as the return is completed, a refund notification will be emailed to you.

We offer instant exchanges through our Re:Do Return portal, which allows us to immediately reserve and ship your new item once you have submitted the exchange request. Because our inventory moves quickly, this ensures you can secure the correct size or style before it sells out. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, we’re always here to help - just reach out before ordering!

Bows & Arrows covers outbound shipping costs for exchanged items shipping back out to customers within the U.S.

🚫Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased at 30% off or more
• All jewelry and game day pins
• All headwear, including hats and headbands
• Anything in our Clearance Sale section
• Any item marked FINAL SALE on the website

Due to deep discounts, Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

⏳Late Returns

If we receive returned items after the 14-day return window:

Days 15–30: Refunds will be issued as store credit only via gift card
After 30 days: Returns will not be accepted

If an ineligible or final sale item is sent back, the customer will be invoiced for return shipping, or the item will be donated to charity.

🕒Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or adjusted.
Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Issues with discounts, shipping addresses, correct sizes, etc. cannot be corrected after the order is placed.

📌Care & Damage

Always follow the care instructions on each garment.
Bows & Arrows is not responsible for damage caused by washing or drying.

We stand by our products. In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right.  Bows & Arrows will cover shipping charges associated with resolution of any defective or incorrect items.  Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed.
