Returns

Items eligible for return must be in original, unused condition with all original tags.  All returns must include a completed return authorization form and must be received by Bows & Arrows within 14 days of the confirmed delivery day of the original purchase. Please include the Return Authorization Form with your return.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the inside tag of each item purchased.  Bows & Arrows is not responsible for any items that may become damaged in the wash or dryer. 

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.  In order to keep prices low, the original shipping costs and return postage for discretionary returns will be the customer’s responsibility.  Bows & Arrows is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit during shipping, therefore to minimize this risk, we recommend using a form of shipping that offers a tracking number and insures the value of the package. 

 

Jewelry and Accessory Purchases:

All jewelry or accessory purchases are final sale unless the merchandise is defective or an incorrect item has been sent.  Please see defective merchandise policy for return details.     

 

Defective Merchandise:

Any worn or damaged clothing will not be accepted as a return unless it is defective.  In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue.  Bows & Arrows will cover shipping charges associated with resolution of any defective or incorrect items.  Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
