Student Slim Fit = Designed for the student in mind. These styles are designed to be a slimer, contoured, body hugging style - usually featuring stretchy knit fabric. These styles generally have more of a "juniors" cut and can run smaller due to the nature of the garment design. If you'd like a looser fit in one of these designs, we recommend you size up.

Ladies Classic Fit = Designed for the alumni in mind. These styles are designed to be true to size, with classic styling and fit for all body types. These styles generally have a true women's boutique sizing, full coverage, are comfortable and easy to wear for all ages.

Relaxed Fit = Designed for both students and alumni. These styles are designed to be slightly looser than our classic fit but not baggy or oversized. Unlike the student slim fit or alumni classic fits, our relaxed fit styles generally offer more room around the chest, waist, and arms. If you prefer a slimer fit, we suggest you size down one size. 

Unisex Fit = Designed for all ages of students and alumni (+ guys) in mind. These styles are generally our straight cut, t-shirt styles made with true unisex sizing that can be worn by women or men. If you are between sizes and prefer a looser fit, we suggest you size up in these designs.

Oversized Fit = Designed for both students and alumni. These styles are very generous in their sizing, often can feature a boxy cut that is spacious and very loose fitting. Sometimes these styles are one size fits all, however, if you're looking for a slimmer fit, we suggest sizing down in these styles.

While we carry a wide range of clothing designers, most styles fall within our general size chart below, unless otherwise indicated within the product information. If you have specific questions about size, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We will help you select the best size for you!

🎄 Holiday Extended Return Policy

The holidays are here! ... And we know gifting can be tricky. To make things easier, we offer an extended return window during the holiday season.

Purchases made between November 19, 2025 – December 20, 2025 qualify for our Holiday Extended Return Period.

Here’s how it works:

⭐ Extended Returns for Gifts

If a gift doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, it can be returned for Store Credit or Exchange (in-store or online) until January 21, 2026. This gives your recipients plenty of time after the holidays to make sure their items are perfect.

💳 Want a Refund Instead?

If you prefer a refund issued back to the original payment method, please follow our standard 14-day return window from the confirmed delivery date or in-store purchase date.

After 14 days, holiday purchases are only eligible for store credit or exchange through January 21, 2026.

📌 Important Notes

• Items must meet all standard return requirements (unworn, unwashed, original condition, tags attached).
• Final Sale items (including Clearance, jewelry, hats, and any item purchased at 30% off or more) are not eligible for return, credit, or exchange — even during the holiday period.
• Returns can be initiated online or brought to our Tallahassee store.

Return Policy:

✨Returns:

If you don’t love your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date (or 14 days from the in-store purchase date). 

Returns can be mailed back or returned in-store at our Tallahassee location.

To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, unused
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached

To complete your return, please CLICK HERE to access our Return Portal to begin the return process. 

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as Bows & Arrows is not responsible for lost return packages.

Please note, depending on when your return is received, returns can take 5-7 business days to be fully processed. As soon as the return is completed, a refund notification will be emailed to you.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, here’s how to make it happen:

  1. Return your original item within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase

  2. Once the return is processed, your refund will go back to your original payment method

  3. You can then place a new order asap for the exact item you want

Because our inventory moves quickly, this ensures you can secure the correct size or style before it sells out. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, we’re always here to help - just reach out before ordering!

🚫Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased at 30% off or more
• All jewelry and game day pins
• All headwear, including hats and headbands
• Anything in our Clearance Sale section
• Any item marked FINAL SALE on the website

Due to deep discounts, Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

⏳Late Returns

If we receive returned items after the 14-day return window:

Days 15–30: Refunds will be issued as store credit only via gift card
After 30 days: Returns will not be accepted

If an ineligible or final sale item is sent back, the customer will be invoiced for return shipping, or the item will be donated to charity.

🕒Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or adjusted.
Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Issues with discounts, shipping addresses, correct sizes, etc. cannot be corrected after the order is placed.

📌Care & Damage

Always follow the care instructions on each garment.
Bows & Arrows is not responsible for damage caused by washing or drying.

We stand by our products. In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right.  Bows & Arrows will cover shipping charges associated with resolution of any defective or incorrect items.  Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed.
